Meet Jeff Long!
With a decade of experience Jeff Long can for
sure stick'em deep! Jeff got into bowfishing
thanks to his uncle, who has bowfished a very
long time and of course like anyone else that
goes, he was addicted very quickly,and soon
had his son Jonathan and stepson Chad
addictied as well. The three now makeup this
competing bowfishing team!
It wasnt long before Jeff started building his
own rig from the ground up. He started with a
18ft 72 in hull. With only a trolling motor at first
he soon found out, to be able to compete in the
tournaments the team were fishing in he would
soon need a fan. That was a winter project that
he started and finished about 3 years ago. Now
he was someone to watch in the tournament
scene.
Jeff is the team captain and played the major
role in getting the team sponsored by
Sportsman's Warehouse. With his experience he
can put the team on top of the big fish and on
top of the leader boards in 2008.
