The fourth annual tournament on Chickamauga Lake will be an exciting one this year. With growing popularity each year, this tournament should turnout excellent numbers in 2010. This year we are PROUD to announce that the Chickamauga Classic will be apart of the Bowfishing Country.com Professional Bowfishing Series And will be one of the Qualifying Events to accumulate points for your team. So if you are planning on or are shooting the Pro Series. The Chickamauga Classic would be a great place for you to gather points to try and become the true Professional Bowfishing Champion!! Chickamauga Lake does not restrict any type of setup you may have.... it is very trolling motor friendly but still offers vegetation to hunt. Big fish are LITERALLY EVERYWHERE YOU GO.... It dont matter if you are fishing grass,sand, clay, coves,flats, or wide open water... you will get on some big fish!! So do not let that stop you from your team showing up and competing this year. This lake offers rough fish to hunt like.... Common Carp up to 35 lbs, Grass Carp up to 70 lbs, buffalo up to 55 lbs, drum, gar, and huge catfish!!
